As a Composer, Producer, and Performer, Jonathan Kauffman transforms human emotion into sound. Born and raised in Austin Texas, Jonathan found himself fascinated by music at a young age. Being so intrigued with the idea of organized sounds making us feel a certain way, Jonathan began to write his own music. As a quiet, reserved teen, Jonathan found music to be the way that he could express himself, and communicate how he felt to the world. While in High School, Jonathan was heavily involved with music solo competitions within Texas, and found immense success within his performances, including winning both the Texas State Percussion Solo Contest in 2019, and the Cedar Park Young Artist Contest in 2020. This paved the way for Jonathan to be accepted to the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston Massachusetts in the fall of 2021.
